Initiate Your Request
Log into your SwitchKeys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all switches, keycaps, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
